Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end casting process, from initial breakdown to final selection.
- Scout and build relationships with local talent agencies and independent actors.
- Organize and manage casting calls, auditions, and callback sessions efficiently.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and character specifications.
- Manage casting budgets and talent contracts in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain and update an extensive internal database of potential talent for future projects.
- Review audition tapes and provide professional feedback to the production team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in casting, production, or talent management.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian advertising, film, and media industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with agents, talent, and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong eye for visual storytelling and character suitability.
- Proficiency in video conferencing and digital casting tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
