- Develop and oversee the execution of category-specific strategies to drive sales volume and market share.
- Design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Analyze category performance data and shopper insights to provide actionable recommendations for retail growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Merchandising teams to ensure optimal planogram execution and shelf presence.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring high ROI for all category spends.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports on category health and promotional impact to senior management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the design and distribution of Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials and displays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Category Management or Trade Marketing within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and retail audits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine modern trade and general trade landscape.
