Are you a detail-oriented student passionate about sustainable consumer trends? Human Nature is looking for a Category Management Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team in Quezon City. As a Category Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in helping us curate our product portfolio, ensuring our plant-based, cruelty-free products reach the right customers effectively.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing market trends, managing product data, and supporting the strategic planning of our core categories. You will work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment and drive sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a brand that empowers communities and champions sustainability.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Support the Category Manager in maintaining and updating product databases and inventory records.
  • Analyze sales data and market performance to provide insights for product assortment planning.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product launches and stock availability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing category performance and consumer feedback.
  • Help organize promotional materials and in-store merchandising assets.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies based on market conditions.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for sustainable living and an interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Must be available for at least 3-4 days a week.
