Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving retail excellence? Monde Nissin is looking for a dynamic Category Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key commercial partner, bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy and on-the-ground Go-To-Market execution.

You will be responsible for shaping the shopper journey and ensuring our category strategies are translated into impactful, conversion-driven initiatives across all trade channels. Tanggung Jawab

  • Translate global and local brand strategies into actionable trade marketing plans for specific categories.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class visibility, display, and promotional programs across all key accounts.
  • Analyze category performance data and shopper insights to optimize ROI on trade spend.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Brand teams to ensure alignment on product launches and cycle plan executions.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets to maximize impact and category market share growth.
  • Drive innovation in in-store activations to enhance brand presence and shopper engagement.
  • Conduct regular trade audits to ensure flawless execution of merchandising standards and planograms.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales Strategy within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of retail channels and trade dynamics in the Philippine market.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effective team leadership.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, retail auditing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
