You'll be entrusted with the critical responsibility of monitoring our comprehensive surveillance network 24/7, ensuring the safety of our staff, customers, and assets. This role requires sharp observational skills and proactive incident management, as you'll review recorded footage to investigate irregularities, retrieve evidence for security incidents, and compile detailed reports. Your vigilance will directly contribute to preventing theft, vandalism, and other security breaches while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Daily monitoring of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across all premises
- Review and retrieve recorded footage for incident investigation and evidence collection
- Immediately report suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies to management
- Maintain accurate logs of surveillance activities and incident reports
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and report technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with security team to implement enhanced safety protocols
- Adhere strictly to data privacy laws and company security policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in CCTV monitoring or security role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies
- Proficient in operating surveillance systems and software
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for CCTV equipment
- Clean background check and trustworthy character
- Good communication skills for incident reporting
