Landers is currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV Operator to join our security team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our patrons and assets within the Landers Shopping Park. This is a full-time position located in Alabang, Metro Manila.
Your primary duty will be to oversee live CCTV feeds and archived footage, acting as the eyes of the security department. You must be able to detect suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches and report them immediately to the Line Manager or Security Officer. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high levels of concentration during long shifts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and archived footage continuously to detect suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches.
- Report any unusual activities, incidents, or emergencies immediately to the Line Manager or designated Security Officer.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of surveillance activities and security incidents.
- Assist in the coordination of access control measures to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises and alert security personnel if necessary.
- Collaborate with the broader security team to ensure a comprehensive safety network.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, security protocols, and emergency procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Guard, or in a related surveillance role is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to notice minute details.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents clearly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security monitoring software.
