Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and calibrate CCTV cameras and videotron display systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including signal interference, connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation
- Document service reports and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex system issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in electronics or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with CCTV and videotron systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity and signal transmission
- Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical system knowledge
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Familiarity with Jakarta area geography for efficient travel
