Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including HVAC, power distribution, and network systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on servers, switches, and cooling equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and environmental issues to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activities and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades
- Respond to emergency incidents and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in IT/Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in data center operations
- Proficiency with HVAC systems and electrical power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of industry standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE)
- Valid electrical or HVAC certifications preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic network administration skills
