Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the center to ensure efficiency and excellence.
  • Act as the primary liaison between parents, students, and instructional staff.
  • Manage student schedules, class registrations, and attendance tracking with high accuracy.
  • Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for children and teens.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of center events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective and current families with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Maintain center facilities to ensure they meet hygiene and safety standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports and feedback to management regarding center performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Management is a plus).
  • Strong passion for working with children and teenagers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic office administrative tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly valued.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Surabaya.
  • Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
