Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site and road recovery of breakdown or accident buses safely and efficiently
- Diagnose bus mechanical issues and implement appropriate recovery solutions
- Operate specialized recovery equipment and vehicles with precision
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper handling of recovered buses
- Maintain accurate records of recovery operations and submit timely reports
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
- Provide assistance in training junior recovery technicians on best practices
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification or diploma in automotive/mechanical engineering or related field
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driver's license with relevant endorsements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle recovery operations (bus experience preferred)
- Knowledge of bus systems, mechanical components, and common failure points
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Physical fitness to handle demanding recovery operations in various conditions
- Good communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
