Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and dealers in the Pontianak region.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for consumer products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular training to channel partners on new Acer product features and value propositions.
  • Manage inventory levels and distribution flow to ensure product availability at retail points.
  • Coordinate marketing activations and promotional events to drive brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or retail operations, preferably in the IT or Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Deep understanding of the local consumer market dynamics in Kalimantan Barat.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
