You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building trust with clients, and providing essential risk management solutions to our diverse customer base. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing partners.
  • Market and sell a wide range of insurance products, including fire, property, and personal accident coverage.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
  • Provide expert product consultations to help clients understand their risk coverage needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent PT. BRI Asuransi Indonesia with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in insurance or banking sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional networks within the local market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lombok area and its business landscape.
  • Commitment to excellence and passion for professional sales.
