Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing partners.
- Market and sell a wide range of insurance products, including fire, property, and personal accident coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
- Provide expert product consultations to help clients understand their risk coverage needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Represent PT. BRI Asuransi Indonesia with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in insurance or banking sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional networks within the local market.
- Strong knowledge of the Lombok area and its business landscape.
