You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing key channel partners while driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic ICT partners, distributors, and resellers within the region.
- Conduct regular product training and sales enablement sessions for partner sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions for partners.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Manage partner performance reviews and resolve any operational or supply chain bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B channel sales, specifically within the ICT or Tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian ICT market landscape and channel distribution models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated professional with a high energy level and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and clients across the region.
