Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and facilitate First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and CPR training sessions for local organizations and schools.
- Maintain records and prepare timely reports on safety service activities and chapter performance metrics.
- Assist in the mobilization of volunteer units during emergency responses and public safety awareness campaigns.
- Ensure that all Safety Services equipment and training materials are properly maintained and accounted for.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government units, stakeholders, and community partners to promote Red Cross advocacies.
- Provide excellent customer service to trainees, partners, and the general public inquiring about safety services.
- Support the Chapter Administrator in executing administrative tasks related to project logistics and event management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or training coordination is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database management.
- Must be service-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required for emergency or training operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to the values of the Red Cross Movement: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, and independence.
