Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative pastry recipes aligned with brand standards and market trends
- Lead product demonstrations for existing and potential customers during field visits
- Coordinate with Sales team to schedule and conduct regular customer consultations
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product usage guidance to clients
- Monitor customer feedback and report market insights to R&D and Sales departments
- Maintain inventory of demonstration materials and pastry supplies
- Train junior staff on product features and customer engagement protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional pastry chef experience with portfolio of work
- Proven track record in technical coordination or field sales support
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid driver's license with clean record for client visits
- Proficiency in food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certified preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
