Are you a culinary innovator with a passion for process and perfection? PT Sukses Belajar Kuliner is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Chef (R&D) to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative culinary concepts and operational excellence.

We are looking for a professional who can not only craft exceptional menu items but also standardize the path from kitchen concept to successful service. You will be instrumental in designing SOPs that ensure consistency across our outlets, managing culinary training programs, and evaluating performance metrics to drive operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and refine innovative menu concepts, recipes, and food presentation standards.
  • Create and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations.
  • Lead and facilitate culinary training programs to ensure team proficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and food safety audits to maintain high kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze food cost, waste management, and menu performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate kitchen staff performance, providing feedback and professional development guidance.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure quality sourcing of ingredients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with R&D exposure.
  • Strong background in culinary arts and a deep understanding of food costing and menu engineering.
  • Proven experience in creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance evaluation and operational improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
