Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and prospect new leads within the chemical industry across various sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and professional communication.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to meet specific client needs.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and sales projections for management review.
- Participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in chemical sales or industrial B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, industrial applications, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for field travel.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in the Tangerang area.
