Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise all daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Lead the monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Manage the hotel’s budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and Accor internal audit requirements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct regular internal audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles, financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent command of both English and Indonesian languages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
