Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support organizational goals
- Oversee all accounting operations, treasury functions, risk management, and internal controls
- Drive financial strategy including M&A activities, capital structure optimization, and investor relations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement robust financial governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in financial transformation and digital initiatives
- Develop KPIs and financial metrics to measure business performance and operational efficiency
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CMA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 10+ years progressive financial leadership experience with 5+ years in CFO/Finance Director role
- Proven track record in financial strategy, corporate finance, and operational excellence
- Deep expertise in Indonesian financial regulations, tax compliance, and corporate governance
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing finance teams
- Experience in food/beverage or FMCG industry highly desirable
