PT Aneka Taman Plastindo is seeking an experienced Chief of Finance and Accounting to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow optimization
- Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Mentor and develop the finance team through performance coaching and professional development
- Collaborate with operations to analyze costs and improve financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data clearly
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate financial insights into business decisions
- Experience in manufacturing industry strongly preferred
