Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing including salary calculations, benefits, and deductions
- Manage employee attendance premium (PH) calculations and attendance-based incentive programs
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements for management review
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations (PPh), BPJS, and labor law requirements
- Implement and optimize accounting procedures for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting with supervisory exposure
- Expertise in Indonesian payroll processing and tax compliance (PPh, BPJS)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Leadership experience managing finance teams of 3+ members
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and financial reporting standards
