We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the operational excellence of a flagship integrated township development in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development cycle, from master planning and infrastructure execution to property management and community integration.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in large-scale township projects, demonstrating an ability to align operational strategies with long-term financial growth and stakeholder objectives. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing internal processes, managing high-performing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our development remains a premier destination for residents and businesses alike.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for a large-scale integrated township development.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are strictly maintained.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams across departments including Construction, Facilities Management, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and business partners to facilitate development progress.
- Implement efficient operational workflows to optimize costs and enhance the overall value of the township assets.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold the highest safety and environmental standards in all operations.
- Drive innovation in smart-city initiatives and sustainable property management solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Property Development, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of senior management experience in the property development sector, specifically within township or large-scale residential projects.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian real estate market, local land acquisition, and development regulations.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex P&L responsibilities and large-scale capital budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction management technologies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective stakeholder communication.
