Aeon Delight Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Security to lead our safety and protection initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire security operation within our facilities, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing security teams within high-traffic environments such as hospitals, shopping malls, and corporate office buildings.
As the Chief Security, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all security matters, developing comprehensive security plans, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will lead by example, managing a dedicated team to maintain a safe and secure environment while fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the security team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and discipline.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the monitoring of CCTV systems and perimeter security to prevent unauthorized access.
- Coordinate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents.
- Manage access control procedures for staff, visitors, and vendors to ensure site safety.
- Investigate security breaches or incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Chief Security or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience working in a Hospital, Mall, or Office Building environment.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (Bahasa Indonesia preferred).
- Valid security license or certification (SIPAKAD) is required.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with security monitoring software and reporting tools.
