Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continually refine comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures tailored for a luxury beach club environment.
- Lead, train, and manage a professional security team, fostering a culture of vigilance, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, patrol, and emergency response, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate potential threats, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Manage and maintain state-of-the-art security technology, including CCTV systems, alarm systems, and communication networks.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant government agencies.
- Develop and execute crisis management plans, ensuring effective response to emergencies such as natural disasters, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Investigate and document all security-related incidents, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality, resort, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing advanced security protocols and loss prevention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crises effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Relevant professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
