We are seeking a highly skilled Security and GA Section Head to lead security operations and administrative functions at our Lampung facility. This critical role involves overseeing refinery security protocols, managing general administrative workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination with production teams. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive security strategies, implementing risk mitigation measures, and maintaining compliance with industry safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial security management, with a proven ability to lead teams and optimize operational efficiency in high-stakes environments.
In this position, you will work directly with the Refinery & Fractionation Supervisor to integrate security protocols into daily production processes. You'll conduct regular audits, investigate security incidents, and implement corrective actions to safeguard company assets and personnel. This role offers the opportunity to shape security culture within one of Indonesia's leading agribusiness companies while contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our critical refinery infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies for refinery operations and company facilities
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance operations, and emergency response protocols
- Manage general administrative functions including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with production teams to align security measures with refinery operations
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses
- Lead and mentor security personnel, providing training and performance evaluations
- Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and company safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial security management
- Proven track record in refinery or heavy industry security operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing security teams
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of OHS regulations and industrial safety protocols
- Advanced problem-solving and incident investigation capabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
