Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive security strategy and standard operating procedures for the resort.
- Lead, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing security team to ensure professionalism and vigilance.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate closely with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services to maintain a safe environment.
- Manage incident response protocols and lead emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
- Oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter security to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Ensure strict adherence to local Indonesian security regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the luxury resort or hospitality sector.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a large security team.
- Strong knowledge of crisis management, conflict resolution, and emergency response planning.
- Familiarity with Indonesian national security laws and local regulations regarding hospitality security.
- Valid security certification (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (local language).
- Willingness to relocate to Lombok with the support of our relocation assistance program.
