Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports the social and emotional well-being of every child.
- Monitor and document each child’s development through detailed observations and portfolios.
- Maintain consistent, open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress, needs, and daily experiences.
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene are met throughout the facility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a cohesive and positive learning culture.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and learning centers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
- Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of early childhood pedagogical theories and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A proactive, nurturing, and patient personality.
