Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the physical health and hygiene of children, including assisting with daily showering and grooming routines.
- Prepare and serve nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks according to the center's schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that meets hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor play to ensure their safety at all times.
- Assist in the implementation of daily activities and educational routines.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to children throughout the day.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with parents regarding their child's daily progress and needs.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a childcare setting, kindergarten, or nursery is highly advantageous.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and a warm, patient personality.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized in managing daily tasks.
- Strong command of verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo training or certification related to child safety and first aid.
