Tanggung Jawab
- Develop age-appropriate Mandarin lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Implement interactive teaching methodologies using games, songs, and cultural activities
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress documentation
- Collaborate with teaching team to enhance curriculum and teaching resources
- Organize cultural events to promote Chinese traditions and language appreciation
- Communicate student progress with parents through regular meetings and reports
- Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chinese Language, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Relevant teaching certification (e.g., DPEd, PGDE) preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or equivalent proficiency) and English
- Minimum 1-2 years experience teaching preschool-aged children
- Creative lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Strong understanding of Singapore's MOE Chinese language curriculum
