Join PT SSD Supply Global as a Chinese Speaking Assistant & Translator and become the vital bridge connecting Mandarin-speaking clients with our Indonesian operations. In this dynamic role, you'll handle sourcing client goods and requirements, manage international shipping logistics, and provide daily progress reports in both Mandarin and Indonesian – fluency in both languages is mandatory. You'll ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, coordinate cross-border transactions, and maintain meticulous documentation of all activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sourcing of client goods and requirements across multiple product categories
- Manage end-to-end shipping logistics including customs documentation and carrier coordination
- Prepare daily progress reports in Mandarin and Indonesian with detailed status updates
- Serve as primary translator for client communications, contracts, and operational documents
- Coordinate between Mandarin-speaking clients and Indonesian-speaking teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor supply chain timelines and proactively address potential delays
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Kualifikasi
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years experience in sourcing, logistics, or translation roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-cultural communication experience
