Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive agricultural programs to enhance productivity and sustainability
- Oversee crop cultivation, livestock management, and pest control initiatives
- Coordinate with farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness stakeholders for resource optimization
- Monitor agricultural trends and recommend policy improvements for local governance
- Manage departmental budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently
- Lead agricultural extension services and technology adoption programs
- Ensure compliance with national agricultural standards and environmental regulations
- Represent the city in regional agricultural forums and development projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in agricultural management or public administration
- Valid Professional Agriculturist license from the Professional Regulation Commission
- Proven expertise in agricultural project planning and budget management
- Strong knowledge of local and national agricultural policies and programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with sustainable farming practices and climate-resilient agriculture
- Philippine citizenship with no pending criminal charges or administrative cases
