As we continue to redefine the landscape of online matchmaking and social connection in Singapore, we are looking for a hands-on leader to drive our growth, user engagement, and community presence.
In this pivotal part-time role, you will act as the face of our brands within the region. You will be responsible for executing local marketing strategies, managing key partnerships, and ensuring our platforms remain the preferred choice for singles in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a savvy connector with a passion for the dating industry, possessing a unique blend of operational excellence and community-building expertise.

- Drive user acquisition and engagement strategies across Singapore for Lovestruck, DateTix, and Noonswoon.
- Develop and nurture strategic local partnerships with lifestyle venues, influencers, and media outlets.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the product development team.
- Manage local community events and activations to enhance brand visibility and user retention.
- Oversee operational workflows to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing ROI and platform growth.
- Represent the brand at local networking events and industry-related functions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in business development, community management, or regional operations (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of the Singapore digital media and dating industry landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior and market insights.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a remote-hybrid capacity.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and influencer outreach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
