Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all areas
- Maintain garden areas by planting, watering, pruning, and weeding as required
- Ensure all waste is properly collected and disposed of according to guidelines
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, reporting shortages as needed
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and gardening tools safely and efficiently
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures consistently
- Assist with special cleaning projects or seasonal garden maintenance as required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning and gardening roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of gardening practices and plant care
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
