Tanggung Jawab
- Scrape, soak, wash, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables for service.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure they are clean and dry at all times.
- Wipe down countertops, tables, and serving stations after every use.
- Remove trash and clean garbage cans with appropriate sanitizing solutions.
- Assist in restocking and organizing kitchen supplies and dry goods as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
