Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and maintain consistent quality standards across all tasks
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials according to safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety hazards to supervisory staff promptly
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale cleaning projects efficiently
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required
- Physical fitness with ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift equipment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites within the East Region
- Professional attitude with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Basic English communication skills for following instructions and reporting
