Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for hygiene and facility excellence? Willfitness Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated Cleaning Service Operations Supervisor to oversee and maintain the pristine standards of our various gym branches across Bali.
As our brand continues to grow, we need a dedicated professional to manage our cleaning staff, ensure all equipment is well-maintained, and uphold the high-quality environment our members expect. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is not afraid to lead by example and who understands the critical importance of a clean, welcoming fitness facility.
You will be responsible for traveling between our Bali locations, auditing cleaning performance, managing supplies, and ensuring that every corner of our clubs reflects the Willfitness standard of excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple Willfitness branches in Bali.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of hygiene are met.
- Implement and maintain rigorous cleaning schedules and checklists for all gym areas.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify and resolve maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Provide training and coaching to cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on cleaning operations and facility status for management.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure the fitness environment is always guest-ready.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in cleaning management, janitorial supervision, or facility management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to travel between various Bali branches.
- Attention to detail with a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by gym operations.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
