Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain Cleanliness: Perform regular cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors in residential and commercial areas.
- Sanitation: Ensure all bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas are thoroughly sanitized to prevent the spread of germs.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly to maintain a tidy environment.
- Furniture Care: Wipe down and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances to keep them looking new.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized and ensure all cleaning equipment is stored safely after use.
Kualifikasi
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dirt and ensuring a thorough clean.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not strictly required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Communication: Basic English or Indonesian communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Attitude: A proactive, 'rajin' (diligent) work ethic and a friendly demeanor.
