Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and surrounding premises
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish all floor surfaces to remove dust and debris
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces including doorknobs, light switches, and furniture
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages or equipment malfunctions
- Follow supervisor's instructions for specialized cleaning tasks or schedule adjustments
- Maintain proper waste disposal and recycling segregation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of cleaning zones
- Adhere to safety standards while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 15kg repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused work ethic
- Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately
- Punctuality and consistent attendance record
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
