Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure all areas meet established hygiene and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal manpower levels.
- Provide hands-on training to cleaning staff on the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Liaise with management and clients to address feedback and resolve any cleanliness-related issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and NEA guidelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on operational status and staff performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, given the nature of the location.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Certification in Environmental Services or relevant WSH courses is a significant advantage.
