As a Clearance & Settlement Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of global financial transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and process clearance and settlement transactions across multiple asset classes
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies with broker-dealers and custodians
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control procedures
- Prepare daily settlement reports and exception documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve settlement failures in a timely manner
- Support system testing and implementation of new settlement processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clearance/settlement operations or trade processing
- Strong knowledge of financial market operations and settlement cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems (e.g., Bloomberg, SWIFT)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
