Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver dynamic CLF and Values Education curricula that align with school standards and core values.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and moral exploration.
- Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions on ethics, character development, and spiritual life.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate character-building activities across the school program.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their personal and academic growth.
- Organize and participate in school-wide religious or values-based programs and events.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and classroom initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Religious Studies, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Teachers (LET) is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in a Catholic school setting is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, classroom management, and student assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- A deep commitment to upholding the vision, mission, and values of Holy Family School of Quezon City.
- Ability to demonstrate proactive problem-solving and a collaborative spirit within a team.
