In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive world-class support across our core service verticals: legal, finance, tax, and HR consulting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the dedicated primary liaison for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring proactive and consistent communication.
  • Deeply understand client business models to provide tailored advice regarding legal, financial, tax, and HR compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery workflows, coordinating with internal departments to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling that add value to the client’s existing operations.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate.
  • Monitor client health metrics and prepare regular reports on service performance and account status.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and documentation within our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or consulting, ideally within a B2B professional services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate administrative processes, including basic understanding of tax and HR regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools.
