Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of client service or account management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations diplomatically
- Strong analytical skills for service optimization
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer analytics tools
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
- Leadership experience with service teams preferred
