Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective outbound prospecting strategies to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and meetings to demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospective partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and achieve aggressive monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for all newly acquired clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress within our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
