Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, coordinating community events, creating engaging content, and analyzing feedback to continuously improve our offerings. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance to parents and children.
- Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and programs that align with our mission.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to increase engagement and reach.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage client feedback and data to continuously improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline client journey and touchpoints.
- Assist in tracking marketing metrics and preparing performance reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to expand community impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client service, marketing, or a similar role (experience in family-oriented or nonprofit sector is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content creation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Empathy and genuine interest in supporting parents and children.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic data analysis is an advantage.
