Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end settlement processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with AU financial standards.
- Provide prompt, professional support to clients via email and internal communication platforms.
- Verify and process transactional data, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries and settlement discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within the CRM and financial management systems.
- Prepare regular reporting on settlement activities and client feedback trends.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline client experience and operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, settlements, or back-office financial administration.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, specifically for professional client-facing interactions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and high comfort level with web-based financial software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while working in a remote capacity.
- Understanding of Australian financial regulations is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
