Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, settlements, or back-office financial administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, specifically for professional client-facing interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and high comfort level with web-based financial software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while working in a remote capacity.
