Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee account maintenance operations for the Wealth Management division, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve client satisfaction scores
- Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance on best practices and career development
- Partner with technology teams to drive system improvements and automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all account maintenance activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including relationship managers, product teams, and compliance
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within wealth management
- Proven track record in account maintenance, client onboarding, or operational management within a banking environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and change management
- Proficiency in banking systems, MS Office applications, and data management tools
