Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee account maintenance operations for the Wealth Management division, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve client satisfaction scores
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance on best practices and career development
  • Partner with technology teams to drive system improvements and automation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all account maintenance activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including relationship managers, product teams, and compliance
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within wealth management
  • Proven track record in account maintenance, client onboarding, or operational management within a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and change management
  • Proficiency in banking systems, MS Office applications, and data management tools
