Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary strategic contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to proactively recommend relevant M-Commerce solutions and services.
- Identify and drive new business growth opportunities within existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as the internal client advocate, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and future growth plans to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with informed strategic advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, account management, or partnership development, preferably within an agency, digital marketing, or tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with the m-commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing landscape is highly desirable.
