Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from proposal generation to contract finalization
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized CCTV solutions
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Identify upsell opportunities through market trend analysis
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in client relations or sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
