This is an excellent opportunity to secure a competitive salary of SGD 3,200 – SGD 4,500 per month, inclusive of performance bonuses. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients in the construction sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate closely with site managers and project teams to provide clients with accurate progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to personally update clients on construction milestones and address any concerns.
- Resolve client complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, brochures, and project status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering feedback and testimonials to support the company’s marketing efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or the construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred for frequent site visits.
